IT Agent Firm Partner: A partner who provides IT Services, IT Consulting, and various other needs to their customers/employers who would like to utilize Tech Kingdom’s discounts and make commissions. Best for IT Firms, IT Solution Providers, IT Companies. Similar to Warband Agent, except contract is through your company and commissions are customized based on your company’s needs.

Tech Kingdom Warband Agent Responsibilities:

• • Ensure End-Users and Customers are taken care of to the best of your abilities based on your business structure, functionality, and resources.
• • Ensure there’s no delinquency and immediately report any cancellation of services.
• • Ensure best practices and highest security method is used in regards to providing the services and/or products to Customers and End-Users.
• • Do not disclose your pricing, benefits, or any internal information related to this Partner Program relationship. A Mutual NDA will be signed.
• • This is a Full Commission based program which is based on if Vendor pays commissions and usually requires new customer or contract, you will need to submit a W-9 and be paid as a 1099 Contractor; you can opt out of commissions to take advantage of discounts/quoting only if written into the agreement.
